At ORACLE Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchase. If your new apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and securely pack them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
